Leschi Residence

Full remodel, furniture and décor. Remodel left no detail untouched, and includes a new kitchen layout, updated bathrooms; a new fireplace with a stone hearth and plastered mantle; new flooring materials and finishes; windows and trim; bathroom and kitchen fixtures; appliance selection; lighting; cabinetry design, layout and finishes; tile selection and layouts; a new custom closet.

Furnishings are a mix of new furniture and new upholstery of existing pieces including pieces done in Michelle Dirkse Collection fabrics, for a mix of classic and iconic pieces; sculptural and fine art pieces, and functional everyday selections in fun and exciting materials. New drapery and rugs from the Michelle Dirkse Collections compliment a varied art collection, expertly placed and balanced to increase visual interest without overwhelming the senses.

A dark moody bathroom contrasts with graphic black and white tiles in other bathrooms, and references the dark cabinetry in the kitchen offset by a lighter gray tadelakt backsplash and walls, adding interest while staying within a refined palate accented by art and fabric selections and exterior landscaping.
